My map worked the other day when I used your system, today it does not work.

If you are not able to view the map today and it worked previously, it most likely means that Windows Updates has applied an update to Microsoft .NET Framework on your computer.

Maintenance and Downtime Notification [Posted on:9/19/2013]

Regular Maintenance Schedule
Sunshine 811 performs regular maintenance work on its systems the Saturday after the second Tuesday of every month between 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This means that various Sunshine 811 systems including but not limited to SAGE 811 (IRTH One Call), IRTHNet and Email applications may be interrupted for a brief period of time during those hours as different servers are taken offline for maintenance work. Most likely you will not experience any disruption, but users should plan their work around these monthly maintenance windows. 

Additionally, we may schedule emergency system maintenance when required.  We will attempt to provide notification regarding emergency maintenance with as much lead time as possible.

For major application and server upgrades, we may schedule downtime outside of the regular or emergency maintenance windows.  We will provide advanced notice for these upgrades including the estimated downtime.

Members: During maintenance times you may not be able to access both the SAGE 811 (IRTH One Call) and IRTHNet Member Ticket Management Systems.  If this occurs, please wait fifteen to twenty minutes and try again.  Please make sure that all of your response data has been successfully transmitted to the appropriate system prior to the end of the next business day.

 

Excavators: During maintenance times you may not be able to access the SAGE 811 (IRTH One Call) System.  If this occurs, please wait fifteen to twenty minutes and try again.

 

Contract Locators / Ticket Screening Centers: During maintenance times you may not be able to access both the SAGE 811 (IRTH One Call) and IRTHNet Member Ticket Management Systems.  If this occurs, please wait fifteen to twenty minutes and try again.  Please make sure that all of your response data has been successfully transmitted to the appropriate system prior to the end of the next business day.
